About My Practice
An attorney’s role is to provide solutions, solve problems, and resolve disputes for his or her client. My practice is dedicated to creativity and innovation in providing solutions for your estate planning, probate, administration, and estate litigation needs.
Individual Attention
Large law firms have large staffs, large infrastructure and multiple layers between you and the solutions you need. It can feel very impersonal and intimidating getting the service you are paying for from a large firm. I have the freedom and flexibility to provide you or your business with the attention you deserve. When you call the number at the top of this page, you get me directly, not a receptionist asking you who you are, and what your call is regarding. When you fill out the form on the contacts page, an e-mail is sent directly to my in box. My intention is to return all phone calls and e-mails within one business day. In a large firm, attorneys rarely disclose their direct line telephone numbers or even their e-mail addresses, and would never give out there cell phone number. I have posted all of those on this web site to be more accessible to you.
Flexible Communication
Existing and potential clients are encouraged to contact me at any time via e-mail or telephone. If I am not available, I will return your call or e-mail within one business day. If I cannot do that, I will tell you, and coordinate a time to talk that is convenient for you. I am continuously refining my practice to make communication with my clients better and more efficient. Check back here from time to time to see these innovations.
Pricing
Flexibility in pricing is a key part of creating the right solutions for your needs. All of the services I provide are priced based on a structure that is agreeable to you. To find out more about pricing, click here.
